Apple has launched two new TV commercials for its iPad. The two new TV commercials named 'Alive" and "Together" which were aired very recently in US emphasize on usefulness of the iPad and iPad mini tablets. The first ad uses words like Loud, Deep, and Alive for iPad promotion while the second ad uses words like Wild, Bright, and Together for iPad promotion. Both ad also features some of the most popular apps available for iPad like Amplitube, Style.com, Garageband,TED,iMovie, iBookstore, Toca Hair
Salon, Vimeo, iBooks, iPhoto, FaceTime, Glow Hockey 2 HD, Dinosaur Zoo,
Endless Alphabet, Solar Walk -3D Solar System, Ultimate Sharks, Rockmate
and Heart Pro III.

Apple iPad with 128GB of Storage Announced

Apple has sold 120 million iPads till date. And it continues to do so with its new product range. The latest being the iPad with 128GB storage. Apple has recently announced iPad with 128GB of storage. This is twice the storage offered in its earlier models. These new iPads with increased storage will be available for sale from Feb 5. The colors will be the same black and white and the pricing would vary in terms of available features where basic Wifi model would cost $799 and the Wifi plus cellular model would cost $929.
In India too, the 128GB iPad will start selling from Feb 5 for a suggested retail
price of Rs 49,900 including VAT (Rs 47,523.81 ex-VAT) for the Wi-Fi
iPad, and Rs 56,900 including VAT (Rs 54,190.48 ex-VAT) for the Wi-Fi +
cellular model. Only authorized Apple resellers will be dealing in the same.
It is still not clear why Apple is coming up with a 128GB iPad. Could be because of the growing tablets market which has been challenged with new product launches from Samsung, Google and other small players. As per NPD DisplaySearch, tablet market will more than double to $162 billion by 2017. Tavis McCourt, an analyst at Raymond James & Associates recently said in an interview -
The tablet market is expanding, and Apple sees a market opportunity, not just at the low end but also in the high end with heavy media consumers.
Well, I think it is good in the end. Storage is always an important concern. Hopefully...128GB iPad will fare better !!

Just spend $30000 and take away 24-carat gold-plated MacBook Pro with an Apple logo that features multi-color diamonds. Amazing...Isn't it? The company also offers to cover your Apple product in white, rose and yellow gold, as well as copper, black and silver chrome.
As per Alex Wiley, the company's co-founder, customers buying apple iMac, an iPad, a tablet of some sort can strip it down to bare metal which later can be engraved or personalized and finally plated with 24-karat gold. Computer Choppers provide custom engravings, custom logos and 'diamond accents on the unibody chassis,' they it reassembles the product and sends it off to the customer. And this is not just only for the apple products, if the price is right...the company would coat anything from Nintendo game controllers to iPhones and BlackBerry smartphones.
Computer Choppers are based in US but most of the orders are shipped internationally.

This should be a good news for iPad fans. As per a Japanese tech blog named Macotakara, Apple is likely to unveil iPad 5 in the coming year in March 2013. The iPad 5 will be very similar in design to iPad mini. The details and dimensions will give it a look of slightly smaller iPad 2 with reduced dimensions of 237.2 x 168.7 x 7.4mm. The fourth-generation iPad measures 241.2 x 185.7 x 9.4mm.
The new modified model of iPad 5 would also feature Retina display with the same resolution as the third and fourth-generation iPads.
So, it does look good for Apple iPad fans. I am waiting for the iPad 5 launch. Are you too?

The bigger sized tablets are better for surfing websites designed for PCs, and far better when it comes to displaying magazines and documents. Smaller sized tablets on the other hand, measure 7 inches diagonally and are best suited for e-book reading and for kids. Also suited for older people with little computing experience.
